SAP CRM Business Consultant

PrimusERP is looking for experience SAP CRM consultant to participate in multiple projects in Europe.

We have new role open for SAP CRM Business Consultant – Marketing Experience (50% travel).
SAP CRM Business Consultant is required by our client in Zurich, Switzerland. This is a 6 months renewable contract for an experienced SAP CRM consultant to implement and support SAP CRM to enhance business functionality and roll-out the solution worldwide.

Key skills:
– SAP CRM Experience (minimum 5 years) – proven implementation and integration experience
– Solid experience in project management (minimum 3 years)
– Proven ability to focus on Customer Satisfaction and Delivery Management
– International experience in IT projects in a Matrix organization
– Interaction Center and Social Media Integration
– Experience with SAP BCM (or other CTI tool)
– Marketing campaign management and BWA high volume segmentation
– SAP Customer Engagement Intelligence, powered by SAP HANA

Other:
– Excellent English communication skills; extra languages – advantage
– 50% travel involved

Your role:
– To design & realize global template processes by working on solution concepts and process design for defined business requirements.
– To redesign existing processes by customizing and establishing specifications of developments and by executing testing.
– To design specific business requirements (if required and agreed)
– To be part of the global roll-out implementation by participating in all phases (local Business Blueprint, Realization, Integration Test, Go-Live Support) and if required, by being in charge of the implementation of the company’s template in the area of CRM, while doing parallel roll-outs.
– To provide training and maintenance during implementation phase as well as to the regional competence centers.
– To be responsible for maintenance and release upgrade
– To provide 3rd level support for the regional competence centers (core system enhancement, if required and agreed, help-desk handling, and escalation contact for 2nd level support).
– To work on documentation (customizing, template process documentation, development specification).
